Whether it was the seamless check-in process, the prompt assistance with any inquiries, or the meticulous housekeeping, every aspect of my experience exceeded my expectations. Moreover, the convenient location of the hotel made it easy for me to explore the surrounding area and enjoy local attractions. Overall, our stay was nothing short of exceptional, and I am already looking forward to returning in the future. The property was really clean and the staff were so friendly, it was the perfect location as we wanted to explore the 9/11 memorial and other places around the hotel plus the subway was the perfect location and had great links to everywhere we wanted to go, it was also really safe compared to Times Square and other places we had explored. The staff were so attentive and the breakfast was so delicious the fact that they included it in the price was such an amazing deal! I’d stay here again for sure over anywhere else, it’s a simple hotel but you don’t need anything else they are amazing!

This property location was amazing, walking distance from multiple metro stations such as Wall Street Stn. Fulton Stn. etc. Tourist attractions such as Brooklyn Bridge, NYSE, 9/11 Memorial, Statue of Liberty and Ellis Island Tour Boat location, Staten Island Boat Location were at walking distance so no great dependency on public transport. Property was offering 24 hours coffee/hot chocolate in addition to the amazing breakfast that to starting at 6 am which was very convenient. Had a very strong WiFi connection. Hotel room/bathroom was very clean. Best for family. No complains.

It ended up surpassing our expectations. Although the room was on the smaller side, it was ideal for us since we were out exploring the city most of the time, and it was clean and comfortable. The highlight for me was the staff. Anthony and his colleagues (I can't recall their names) were absolutely wonderful—very courteous and easy to talk to. I highly recommend this place!
